Refund policy

We want you to love your Subhustle order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

30-day returns. 
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason — change of mind included, posters too. The item must come back in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn and undamaged. We may refuse a refund or exchange if an item shows signs of wear, damage, alteration or misuse. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is at your own cost, we don't refund the original postage & packing, and items should be sent to: 9 Clayknowes Avenue, Musselburgh, East Lothian, Scotland EH21 6UR. Please request a return before sending anything back — items returned without a request can't be accepted.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items. 
Check your order on arrival and email info@subhustle.com straight away with a photo if anything's defective, damaged or not what you ordered. We'll sort it with a replacement or full refund and cover the cost — usually no need to post anything back. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period. 
If your order ships to the EU, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification — all items, posters included. Items must be returned in the same condition. To cancel, use the withdrawal option on your account/order page or email info@subhustle.com. Once we've received the item back (or proof of postage), we'll refund you in full — including the original standard delivery cost — within 14 days, to your original payment method. Return postage is at your own cost unless the item is faulty, damaged or wrong.

How to request a return. 
Log in to your account (enter your email, click Continue, then the six-digit code we email you) → click the order → select the item(s) → choose a reason and add a note → Request return. If approved and shipping is required, we'll email instructions. Refunds go to your original payment method once we've processed the return (your bank may take a few days to post it).
